My lessons focus on practical skills and techniques, with an emphasis on playing by ear and developing your musical intuition. I can incorporate theory and and other tools andtechiques (eg sheet music, ear training) gradually, based on your comfort level and only if you want them.

Memorisation comes with time and practice. I’ll provide you with tools and techniques to aid memorisation, but reading sheet music is NOT a requirement. You can learn to play by ear and develop improvisational skills. Many pro players can’t read music
